Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 22 August 2026

01

Prohibited conduct

Do not use Incld to break the law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; send unlawful spam or abusive communications; facilitate fraud, scams, deceptive practices, or unauthorised surveillance; distribute malware; exploit or attack systems; evade sanctions or export controls; or create a material risk of harm to people or property.

Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorisation; bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits, billing meters, or access controls; interfere with service availability; scrape the service at unreasonable volume; access another customer's data; share credentials outside authorised users; or misrepresent affiliation with Incld.

02

Restricted data and high-risk use

Do not store passwords, private keys, complete payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health records, biometric templates, precise location histories, or other highly sensitive data unless a written agreement explicitly permits it.

Do not use Incld as the sole control for emergency response, life-support, medical diagnosis, weapons, critical infrastructure, or decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review, testing, redundancy, and a written agreement covering that use.

03

Customer responsibilities and enforcement

You must make reasonable efforts to ensure your users and integrations comply with this Policy. Report suspected abuse to [email protected].

We may investigate and preserve relevant evidence, limit traffic, remove content, suspend features or accounts, or notify affected parties or authorities where reasonably necessary. Except for urgent security, legal, or safety risks, we will ordinarily provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
