Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective 22 August 2026

01

Merchant of record

Polar Software, Inc. is the merchant of record and authorised reseller for paid Incld subscriptions. Polar processes payment methods, calculates and remits applicable transaction taxes, issues checkout receipts and invoices, and handles payment disputes under its Buyer Terms. The merchant shown on your statement or invoice may therefore be Polar.

Incld supplies and licenses the product, controls service access and entitlements, and provides product support. Questions about product functionality should be sent to [email protected]; payment-instrument or Polar checkout questions may also be directed through Polar's customer portal.

02

Renewal and cancellation

Paid component subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. You can cancel through the Incld billing page or Polar customer portal. Unless checkout states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until then before returning to the applicable free allowance.

Deleting an account or project does not necessarily cancel a Polar subscription. Cancel the subscription first or contact support. Usage charges already incurred during a billing period may still be payable.

03

Refund requests

Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins. We will nevertheless review a request made within 14 days of an initial purchase or renewal where the service was materially unavailable, the charge was duplicated, or you made an evident purchasing error and had minimal usage.

Send the account email, order or invoice identifier, affected component, and reason to [email protected]. Do not send complete card details. Approved refunds are issued by Polar to the original payment method. Bank processing times and currency differences are outside our control.

04

Mandatory rights, taxes, and disputes

Nothing in this Policy limits non-excludable refund, cooling-off, or consumer-guarantee rights. Digital-service withdrawal rights may end once performance begins with your consent where law permits.

Displayed prices may exclude or include tax depending on checkout location; Polar calculates the final amount before purchase. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us and Polar before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate promptly.
