How we use providers

Incld uses the providers below to operate the service. A provider processes Customer Data only when the relevant feature is used. Links lead to each provider's current legal or security information; provider terms may change independently.

Business customers may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds by contacting the privacy address within 14 days after notice. We will work in good faith on a commercially reasonable solution.

Customer-directed integrations

Slack incoming webhooks and customer callback endpoints are destinations configured by the customer. Incld sends the selected notification or action data to those destinations on the customer's instructions. They are not general Incld subprocessors for customers who do not enable them.
